Refund policy
Returns
Returns of non-defective items require proof of purchase and the products must be returned to us within 30 days( Since product delivered) unopened, unworn and in a re-salable condition in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories. We will be happy to issue you an exchange or refund. If your item is defective this policy does not apply and you will be eligible for a repair under the terms of the warranty below. If you request a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds
When we receive your item, it will be checked. After the check, you will receive an email from Kiwi Discount that we have received your item and we will inform you that the refund has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically added to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@KiwiDiscount.co.nz and send your item to: Kiwi Discount Limited ,14A Fairview Road Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025, New Zealand. When we will receive your email then we will send you return label and we will pay for shipping cost.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is included is wrong or defective. In this case we will cover all shipping cost. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund. It can vary depending on where you live and how long it may take for you to get the exchanged product. If you're shipping an item over $ 75, consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
