Shipping Method
As the size and weight of shipments increase, so does the freight price. To ensure every customer pays a fair price for delivery, an exact shipping price will be displayed to you in the checkout based on the size and weight of the products in your order and your delivery address.
You can receive a delivery estimate for your order from your check out page by selecting a delivery region.
Orders are delivered by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure the delivery address is where someone can sign for the delivery.
Delivery 2-5 business days after dispatch from our fulfilment centre (unless otherwise stated)
Rural deliveries will take longer in some areas
Transit times do not include Public Holidays
Deliveries are only made on business days, not weekends.
All orders are delivered using courier company Nz Post and PBT according to volume of shipment and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked. Please make sure you have your order delivered to an address where someone would be avaiable to receive and sign for delievery. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called then courier company will leave card in you post box then you can call them back to re-deliever on your address.

We will dispatch your within 24 hours after received on Website.
Order Track
Our delivery agents all have websites where it’s easy to track your order. Simply enter the tracking number we sent you in the dispatch email.
Missing Order
If the order is showing as ‘delivered’ but it hasn’t turned up please get in touch with the delivery company directly. You can also try tracking the delivery online or give them a bell using the details which will be in your email.
