Delivery was very fast even to a rural address.
Its a bit annoying that the assembled unit doesn't fit in the carry case. Otherwise looks good.

I haven't had it very long so won't give it 5 stars (yet).
I have a big cleanup job to do after felling a couple of trees - so far this little chainsaw has been great for dealing with the smaller staff. Given the price and time saved it's been a good buy and it has performed well.

Although we have not used yet

Although we have not used yet, we find it is going to be handy, however the written advice is very very poor and if not understanding chainsaws (as i have in the past) i would have concerns for some users.
also no information on oiling the chain or chain upkeep.
